At our booth, we will showcase two autonomous mobile robots that support the automation of logistics and on-site operations, along with examples of our end-to-end development support.
【Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho, Ltd.: Autonomous Cleaning Robot “Ichimo-dajin”】
Designed for construction sites, this autonomous cleaning robot collects dust, gravel, concrete fragments, wood chips, screws, and nails to reduce labor-intensive cleaning work. It features a 35-liter dust box, up to five hours of continuous operation, and tablet-based settings for cleaning areas and travel speed. We provided end-to-end support, from product and chassis design to prototyping and mass production.
【Hakobot Inc.: Autonomous Delivery Robot】
This last-mile delivery robot is designed to carry anything securely. Its modular structure separates the autonomous Hakobase drive unit from the cargo compartment, allowing customization for different delivery needs. Four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering provide both strong mobility and maneuverability. We supported the industrial and chassis design, integrating driving performance, sensor placement, and cargo-space expandability into the product design.
| Exhibited products | 【An End-to-End Partner for AGV & AMR Development】 We are an ODM company providing end-to-end support, from planning to mass production, through integrated design and engineering. AGV- and AMR-related projects account for about half of our development inquiries. We support contract design and manufacturing, product design, PoC, new business development, and branding. Backed by the Good Design Grand Award (Prime Minister’s Award) and ISO 9001-based quality management, we create products that balance design, functionality, and manufacturability. Strength 1: End-to-End Development Our designers and engineers work as one team from concept through mass-production launch, reducing handoffs while maintaining speed and quality. Strength 2: Design and Quality We combine award-winning design with rigorous quality management to create reliable products valued by the market. |
