Manufacturers, construction-related companies, robotics vendors, system integrators, and new business divisions that are exploring the development of new autonomous mobile robots, cleaning robots, and commercial equipment—or the enhancement of existing products—with the aim of reducing labor and automating on-site operations at construction sites, factories, logistics facilities, and other locations.

・Automation and labor-saving measures for cleaning operations at construction sites, including the removal of dust, gravel, concrete debris, wood chips, screws, and nails.
・Planning, design, prototyping, and mass-production development of industrial robots utilizing autonomous navigation technology, as well as equipment adapted to on-site environments.

In the development of the autonomous cleaning robot “Ichimou Dachin,” we provided end-to-end support covering product design, enclosure design, prototyping, and mass production. This product offers the practical features required for construction sites, including a dustbin with a capacity of approximately 35 liters, up to approximately 5 hours of continuous operation, and the ability to set the cleaning area and travel speed via a tablet.
