  • Autonomous Mobile Robot
  • Cleaning & Maintenance Equipment
  • Target Sector

Manufacturers, construction-related companies, robotics vendors, system integrators, and new business divisions that are exploring the development of new autonomous mobile robots, cleaning robots, and commercial equipment—as well as the enhancement of existing products—with the aim of reducing labor and automating on-site operations at construction sites, factories, logistics facilities, and other locations.

  • Use Scenes(Usage/Recipies)

・Automation and labor-saving measures for cleaning operations at construction sites, including the removal of dust, gravel, concrete debris, wood chips, screws, nails, and other materials.
・Planning, design, prototyping, and mass-production development of industrial robots utilizing autonomous navigation technology, as well as equipment adapted to on-site environments.

  • Specialities,Sales point

This product is a development support project commissioned by Tokyo Machinery Works.

This product is an industrial robot designed to autonomously navigate and clean large spaces such as factories, warehouses, and construction sites. It can collect a wide variety of debris scattered across the site, ranging from dust, sand, gravel, nails, and paper scraps to items as large as plastic bottles. With a cleaning capacity of up to 1,170 square meters per hour and a large-capacity 35-liter dust bin, it can operate continuously for approximately 4.5 hours. By automating routine cleaning tasks, it helps reduce the workload on workers, ensure consistent cleaning quality, and address labor shortages.

In developing this product, we took into account the functions and operational conditions required for cleaning work at construction sites. We provided end-to-end support—from product design and enclosure design to prototyping and mass production—and contributed to bringing the product to market.
