Robotics manufacturers, logistics and delivery companies, logistics facility operators, mobility-related companies, system integrators, and new business divisions that are exploring the development of new automated delivery robots and autonomous mobile robots, as well as the enhancement of existing models, with the aim of automating last-mile delivery, in-facility transport, and outdoor delivery.

・Automation and labor-saving measures for last-mile delivery operations.
・Transportation of packages, materials, and goods using autonomous robots in logistics facilities, commercial facilities, factories, and urban areas.
・Planning, conceptual design, and enclosure design for industrial robots, with a focus on customizing cargo compartments and mounting areas to suit the items being transported and the operational environment.

In the development of the “Hakobot” autonomous delivery robot, our company provided support for industrial design and enclosure design. The structure separates the “Hakobase”—a driving unit equipped with autonomous driving capabilities—from the cargo compartment, allowing the cargo compartment to be customized according to the delivery items and operational objectives. Taking into account the robot’s off-road capability and tight-turning performance enabled by four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering, as well as the need to compactly house the sensors required for autonomous navigation, we created a design and enclosure that balances functionality, expandability, and aesthetic quality.
Throughout the development of this product, we provided end-to-end support, covering product design, chassis design, prototyping, and mass production. Taking into account the robot’s technical requirements and operational conditions, we managed the entire process—from exterior and structural design through prototyping to mass production—and successfully brought this autonomous cleaning robot to market.
