At the Okamura booth, as a logistics systems integrator, we will propose solutions to optimize logistics operations. We will showcase a wide range of solutions that support automation in various processes for factories and warehouses, including the new model of our automated storage system “Rotary Rack H,” the robot storage system “AutoStore,” and HIKROBOT’s newly introduced “LMR” (Latent Mobile Robot) and “CTU” (Carton Transfer Unit), all of which Okamura has started to offer.
Furthermore, you can experience a demonstration of our warehouse optimization system “Optify,” which was launched in May of this year. “Optify” is a system that integrates a warehouse management system (WMS) for streamlining warehouse and logistics center operations with business intelligence (BI) functions, including visualization of work progress and AI-based workload forecasting, to support data-driven decision-making and operational improvements.
We offer comprehensive optimization through a two-way approach to both warehouse operations and warehouse management.

Compatible with frozen environments as low as -30°C.
Enables efficient picking operations through Goods-To-Person (GTP) systems. -
Specialities,Sales point
This is the ideal solution for companies facing labor shortages, manufacturing and logistics sites seeking to automate and streamline traditional operations, and businesses needing to improve sorting efficiency or handle increased workloads. It is also perfect for those looking to maximize space efficiency through high-density storage and effective use of upper warehouse space. By automating complex sorting tasks—such as by package, order, store, or delivery area—needed for high-frequency, small-lot shipments, it enables high-speed receiving, shipping, and sorting, eliminating wasted time searching for work locations. As inventory and workloads grow, the Goods-To-Person (GTP) system allows for picking and replenishment at a fixed point, reducing worker burden and increasing productivity. The solution also standardizes tasks prone to reliance on individual skills, such as vacant shelf management and location setting, and automates buffer storage and pre-shipment sorting, solving a wide range of operational challenges.

Use Scenes(Usage/Recipies)
Automation of picking from order receipt to shipment
Achieve fast and accurate picking for shipments using robots
High-density storage of inventory to maximize product storage in limited space
Addressing labor shortages and enabling 24/7 operation
Sites with increasing SKUs and frequent, small-lot shipments
Warehouses that need to ship and sort a wide variety of products in detail
Streamlining and automating inventory checks and inventory management -
Specialities,Sales point
AutoStore is a robotic automated warehouse that achieves high-density storage by tightly stacking dedicated containers (bins) within a grid structure, eliminating the need for aisles. Its simple design allows for flexible adaptation to growth and changes in operational environments, enabling highly customizable layouts to suit installation spaces and site conditions. Furthermore, robots automatically handle the storage and retrieval of densely packed containers, with a controller managing the overall flow and database while continuously recording operation logs, thereby enabling efficient and automated inventory management. As items are repeatedly stored and retrieved, frequently accessed products are automatically consolidated in the upper layers, reducing retrieval times, and simulation software can be used to determine the optimal layout and number of robots.

HIKROBOT LMR(Q1P/Q3)
-
Target Sector
Manufacturing, distribution (wholesale and retail), e-commerce (EC), and third-party logistics (3PL)
-
Use Scenes(Usage/Recipies)
Examples include the automation of picking, sorting, and transport operations within warehouses; parts supply and inter-process transport in factories; and order picking and pre-shipment sorting in e-commerce logistics. It is also suitable for transporting products requiring high safety, such as pharmaceuticals and precision equipment, as well as for large-scale logistics sites that require 24-hour operation.
-
Specialities,Sales point
The Q1P is a compact transport robot designed to operate in narrow aisles. It achieves autonomous navigation using various methods, including SLAM, QR codes, and magnetic tape. As a shelf-carrying AMR, it can move underneath picking shelves and lift them for transport, allowing for flexible adaptation to changes and expansions in the workplace layout. Equipped with safety sensors, it can avoid collisions and work safely alongside human operators.
The Q3 is larger than the Q1P and offers a high load capacity of up to 600 kg. It is suitable for transporting large shelves and heavy items, and supports highly accurate autonomous navigation as well as 24-hour operation with its long-life battery.

HIKROBOT (CTU)
-
Target Sector
Manufacturing, distribution (wholesale and retail), e-commerce (EC), and third-party logistics (3PL)
-
Use Scenes(Usage/Recipies)
HIKROBOT’s CTU is an unmanned automated picking and handling robot that automates the picking and transportation of dedicated containers. It automatically picks the required containers and is capable of transporting multiple containers simultaneously. This improves picking efficiency and storage capacity, while also reducing operator travel time and human errors.
-
Specialities,Sales point
A key feature is its ability to automatically transport multiple items simultaneously. This enables both improved picking efficiency and increased storage capacity, greatly contributing to productivity in logistics sites and factories. In addition, it is equipped with high-precision autonomous navigation, allowing it to automatically recognize warehouse routes and transport required items quickly and accurately. With its high scalability and customizability, the system can flexibly accommodate changes in layout or system expansion, and it is capable of handling items of various sizes and shapes.
