Ideal for sweeping large areas such as warehouses, distribution centers, logistics facilities, manufacturing plants, and large parking areas. It is suitable for routine removal of dust, fine particles, and coarse debris generated by forklifts, carts, vehicles, and pedestrian traffic. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, it can clean warehouse aisles, cargo-handling zones, receiving and shipping areas, factory premises, and parking spaces.

The ride-on design is recommended for facilities that need to clean large areas with limited staff and time or reduce the physical strain associated with walk-behind machines. It is also suitable for collecting large volumes of debris, reducing the frequency of hopper emptying, and cleaning environments where airborne dust must be minimized. The machine supports standardized cleaning by multiple operators and helps maintain facilities efficiently while minimizing disruption to logistics operations.

The KM 100/120 R Bp is a battery-powered ride-on vacuum sweeper that gathers debris with brushes and collects it by suction. With two side brushes, it delivers a maximum area performance of 7,620 m²/h and a sweeping width of 1,270 mm. Its floating roller brush automatically adjusts brush pressure for consistent cleaning results.

The approximately 6 m² cylindrical filter and tightly sealed hopper help suppress airborne dust. Automatic filter cleaning operates every five minutes and when the machine is switched off, reducing interruptions caused by clogging. The 120-liter hopper can be hydraulically raised to approximately 150 cm, while its flap opens automatically during lifting for smooth disposal.

A centrally positioned seat improves visibility. Ergonomic dial controls and the key management system help prevent operating errors and support user-specific settings. Power steering improves handling, while key maintenance components can be inspected or replaced without tools. Its zero-emission battery drive also makes it suitable for indoor use.
