The dedicated app supports centralized fleet management, operating-status monitoring, notifications, cleaning reports, map editing, and scheduled cleaning. Built-in 4G/LTE or wireless connectivity allows managers to monitor operations remotely.

Scanners, ultrasonic sensors, and 3D sensors provide 360-degree environmental awareness. The robot detects people, glass, protruding obstacles, and drops, avoids them safely, and returns to its cleaning route. It is safety-certified in accordance with IEC 63327 for operation in public areas.

It delivers autonomous cleaning performance of up to 2,365 m²/h, travels through aisles as narrow as 0.9 m, and handles gradients of up to 6%. A large touchscreen and step-by-step guidance allow users to create and modify routes without specialist knowledge. Two mapping methods and a manual cleaning mode provide operational flexibility.

Roller brushes combine pre-sweeping and scrubbing in one process, while the side brush collects dirt along walls. The compact distance between scrubbing and wastewater pickup reduces residual water. The KM 100/120 R Bp is a battery-powered ride-on vacuum sweeper that gathers debris with brushes and collects it by suction. With two side brushes, it delivers a maximum area performance of 7,620 m²/h and a sweeping width of 1,270 mm. Its floating roller brush automatically adjusts brush pressure for consistent cleaning results.

The approximately 6 m² cylindrical filter and tightly sealed hopper help suppress airborne dust. Automatic filter cleaning operates every five minutes and when the machine is switched off, reducing interruptions caused by clogging. The 120-liter hopper can be hydraulically raised to approximately 150 cm, while its flap opens automatically during lifting for smooth disposal.

A centrally positioned seat improves visibility. Ergonomic dial controls and the key management system help prevent operating errors and support user-specific settings. Power steering improves handling, while key maintenance components can be inspected or replaced without tools. Its zero-emission battery drive also makes it suitable for indoor use.

Its 85 cm roller brush head features a pre-sweep function that collects coarse debris before scrubbing. Large 150-liter fresh-water and wastewater tanks reduce interruptions for refilling and emptying. Auto Fill automatically stops the water supply when the tank is full, while the DOSE system accurately dispenses detergent at concentrations from 0 to 3%. A speed-dependent water dosing system and eco!efficiency mode help optimize the consumption of water, detergent, and energy.

The patented tank-rinsing system uses up to 70% less water than cleaning with a conventional water hose. A large color display and the KIK system provide easy setting adjustments, individual user permissions, and protection against operating errors.
