At the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to experience one of the key features of “PROGRESS ONE”: its hybrid motion control.

When autonomous AI-powered picking is unable to handle a task, the system can switch to remote operation, allowing the work to continue without interruption. By experiencing this remote operation firsthand, visitors will be able to intuitively understand why PROGRESS ONE is described as a “hybrid” solution.

In addition, the delicate force control and intuitive operation enabled by real haptics technology are best understood through hands-on experience. We believe that actually touching and operating the system will allow visitors to gain a deeper appreciation of its value.

Through these experiences, we hope visitors will gain a clearer understanding of the new possibilities that PROGRESS ONE brings to logistics automation, as well as a concrete image of how it could be implemented in actual operations.

Exhibited products “PROGRESS ONE” is a hybrid logistics automation solution designed to transform picking operations by combining AI-powered robots with advanced remote operation technology.

By seamlessly integrating autonomous AI-driven operation with remote control by human operators, PROGRESS ONE is able to pick a wide variety of items that have traditionally been difficult for standalone autonomous picking robots to handle. As the system continues to learn through actual operation, the range of items and tasks it can support will expand.

With the addition of real haptics technology, we aim to enable delicate movements and precise force control that conventional picking robots have struggled to achieve. This opens up new possibilities not only for picking operations, but also for application across various logistics and manufacturing processes.

Operators can work remotely from a working center located away from the warehouse, helping to create a safer, more flexible, and more sustainable work environment in the logistics industry.

Through this hybrid approach of AI, remote operation, and real haptics, PROGRESS ONE offers a new vision for the future of logistics automation.
