Use Scenes(Usage/Recipies)
ORWAK 5070HDC greatly reduces the workload involved in disposing of plastic film used for load stabilization at warehouses, distribution centers, and factories. It enables labor saving and efficiency improvements. In many cases, the resulting bales can be sold as recyclable materials with monetary value, allowing most users to recover the equipment cost within one to two years.
Compared to non-compacted waste, compacted plastic film can reduce storage space requirements by more than 90%, contributing directly to the 3S initiative (Sort, Set in order, Shine). Regarding PET bottles, waste collectors commonly require the installation of a compactor as part of the recycling process. -
Specialities,Sales point
This industry-standard baler produces recyclable bales sized 50 cm (H) × 70 cm (W). With a 10-ton compression force and dual compression chambers, it supports cross binding in both vertical and horizontal directions to prevent scattering of compressed materials. It is an essential solution for factories, distribution operations, logistics centers, and construction sites.

Use Scenes(Usage/Recipies)
BRICKMAN1200C, automated system compresses large volumes of cardboard waste generated in warehouses and distribution centers into standardized briquettes weighing approximately 2 to 3 kg. Once the cardboard is loaded, all processing steps through briquette discharge are fully automated.
It is an indispensable solution for factories and logistics centers with cardboard disposal volumes exceeding 30 tons per month, as well as for facilities equipped with automated warehouses, sorting systems, and picking lines—or those planning to implement such operations.
While upstream processes like picking and unpacking are fully automated, handling cardboard waste manually poses inefficiencies. By redirecting valuable human resources from repetitive tasks to higher-value operations, the Brickman 1200C offers a transformative solution for labor-challenged markets like Japan, which faces demographic pressures from an aging and shrinking workforce.
-
Specialities,Sales point
Unlike conventional cardboard folding machines, the Brickman 1200C allows users to feed whole cardboard boxes without flattening. Operating as a fully automated baling system, it compresses and discharges standardized briquettes without the need for tying or manual removal. This significantly reduces both work time and labor requirements.
By integrating with other material handling equipment, it enables full automation of cardboard waste processing in logistics centers. The discharged briquettes can be collected using conventional waste collection vehicles such as packer trucks, eliminating the need to change existing operations or workflows.

Use Scenes(Usage/Recipies)
Our solution significantly reduces the workload involved in handling waste cardboard and plastic generated at warehouses, distribution centers, and factories. It enables labor saving, energy efficiency, and space optimization. By reducing the overall volume of transported waste, we achieve more than a 75% reduction in CO₂ emissions.

Specialities,Sales point
Equipped with the industry's largest front feed opening (1,500 mm wide), ORWAK Power 3820 allows for easy insertion of large or bulky items. After compression, the automatic sliding door opens smoothly, enabling continuous and efficient volume reduction operations. The system can create bales of up to 500 kg using cardboard and comfortably process approximately 10 to 20 tons of cardboard per month. Ideal for installation at medium to large-scale logistics centers or major cardboard disposal points, it offers a highly effective solution for compressing and disposing of cardboard waste. Post-compression cardboard is treated as recyclable material with monetary value.
