【Highlights | Live Demonstration with Multiple AutoFork Units】

Hakuou Robotics develops and sells AutoFork, an autonomous forklift designed to automate pallet transport in warehouses and manufacturing plants.

At our booth, we will conduct live demonstrations with multiple AutoFork units. Visitors can see how onboard pallet recognition compensates for positional misalignment and how multiple units coordinate pallet transport.

The playback function records manually operated travel routes and load-handling actions, enabling automated transport without complex programming. AutoFork can also be switched between manual and autonomous operation for flexible on-site use.

Based on our deployment experience in manufacturing plants and logistics facilities, we offer consultations on fleet size, transport capacity, expected benefits, and integration with WMS, conveyors, vertical conveyors, elevators and other equipment. Visitors are welcome to bring their facility layouts and transport requirements for consultation.

Autonomous Forklift “AutoFork”

AutoFork is suitable for reducing manual forklift operations, including repetitive transport, inter-process transport, waiting tasks and nighttime operations. It can be introduced into a small process and expanded to multi-vehicle operations or integration with WMS and logistics equipment.

  AutoFork is a compact autonomous forklift based on a walkie stacker manufactured by Logisnext, equipped with proprietary autonomous driving software and object recognition technology.
  
  1. Playback Function
  Records manually operated routes and load-handling actions and automatically repeats them without complex PC programming.
  
  2. High-precision Control
  Achieves driving accuracy of ±10 cm and stopping accuracy of ±10 mm. It can also turn on the spot for operation in limited spaces.
  
  3. Multiple Pallet Recognition
  The onboard camera recognizes multiple pallets, including pallets placed in irregular positions, and transports them sequentially.
  
  4. Manual and Autonomous Operation
  Operators can switch between manual and autonomous modes according to operational needs.
