Autonomous Forklift “AutoFork Walkie” Hakuou Robotics

Logistics centers, warehouses, manufacturing plants and 3PL operators considering the automation of pallet transport. AutoFork Walkie is suitable for reducing manual forklift operations, including repetitive transport, inter-process transport, waiting tasks and nighttime operations. It can be introduced into a small process and expanded to multi-vehicle operations or integration with WMS and logistics equipment.

AutoFork Walkie is a compact autonomous forklift based on a walkie stacker manufactured by Logisnext, equipped with proprietary autonomous driving software and object recognition technology.

1. Playback Function
Records manually operated routes and load-handling actions and automatically repeats them without complex PC programming.

2. High-precision Control
Achieves driving accuracy of ±10 cm and stopping accuracy of ±10 mm. It can also turn on the spot for operation in limited spaces.

3. Multiple Pallet Recognition
The onboard camera recognizes multiple pallets, including pallets placed in irregular positions, and transports them sequentially.

4. Manual and Autonomous Operation
Operators can switch between manual and autonomous modes according to operational needs.

5. System Integration
Integration with conveyors, palletizers, vertical conveyors, elevators and WMS enables automated transport operations.

6. Safety Features
Equipped with 360-degree obstacle detection sensors, contact sensors, fork-tip sensors and emergency stop buttons.
