Visitor rules (Notice regarding Entry to this Exhibition)
- Entry to this exhibition is completely limited to registered personnel.
In order to enter the exhibition, it is required that you register by providing us with your name, the company that you work for, and various contact details. - As this exhibition is a specialized exhibition for conducting business, those under the age of 16 (inclusive of those accompanied by an adult) will not be allowed to enter regardless of having an invitation or upfront registration certificate for visitors.
- Registrants may receive future notices for seminars and exhibitions of a smaller hosting.
This exhibition will be administrating entry with 2D Code.
Visitors will not be able to use a visitor badge that has been issued to anyone other than the individual registered for the particular entry and registration ticket.
If by any chance a ticket is lent or sold to another individual, the registered information may leak and cause trouble to the individual who has been registered for the ticket involved.
By presenting the 2D Code printed on the visitor’s badge at an exhibitor’s booth, exhibitor’s seminar site, or speech venue within the exhibition venue, your personal information that you have registered with us as a customer upon entry will be shared between the operating office of this exhibition and the exhibitor concerned, or speaker(s) of said exhibitor’s seminar or speech. Please be aware that presenting your 2D Code will be an act equivalent to giving the exhibitor your business card.

Online Service User Policy

Article 1 Scope and changes of the rules
- This agreement applies to all relationships between the organizer, the users of this online service (hereinafter referred to as “online service users”), online service exhibitors and persons who have placed advertisements or had seminars at this online service (hereinafter referred to as “online exhibitors”) with regards to the online service which are held by using an online event system (hereinafter referred to as” this online service “) provided by the organizer and Bface,Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "BF") .
- The organizer may add the terms of use and guidelines related to this agreement (regardless of the name; hereinafter referred to as "regulations") or change this agreement (hereinafter referred to as "changes") without any prior notice. When there is such a change, the online service users will be notified of the fact of the change by the method prescribed by the organizers.
- If the online service users use this online service after the change, etc., it is considered that he / she has consented to the change, etc.
- If there is a difference between the provisions and this agreement, unless otherwise specified, this agreement shall take precedence.

Article 2 Handling of personal data
- Personal data in this regulation means the following information of online service users.
(1) Personal information (company name, department name, job title, company address, company phone number, name, email address, etc.)
(2) Items and questionnaires responses entered on the website of this online service
(3) History information (pages viewed in this online service, contents and methods of services used)
(4) Characteristic information (usage environment, customer's IP address, cookie information, individual identification information of mobile terminal)
- The online service users shall allow the organizers to use the personal data for the purpose specified in the next paragraph, disclose it to the parties specified in paragraph 4, and use it for the purpose specified in paragraph 5.
- The organizers shall be able to use the personal data for the following purposes.
(1) For system operation by BF and other contractors
(2) For maintenance, operation or technically necessary duplication, monitoring, analysis, investigation, etc. of this online service
(3) For sending user IDs and passwords (hereinafter collectively referred to as "ID") to online service users and inquiring & supporting online service user
(4) For analysis of advertising and service provision, etc.
(5) For investigating the number of users and traffic
(6) To deliver advertisements (including targeting advertisements) and information on various services
- The organizer shall provide exhibitors who have agreed to the exhibition rules of Logis-Tech Tokyo 2025 -The 4th INNOVATION EXPO- (hereinafter referred to as "exhibitors") with the information other than characteristic information specified in clause(4).
- The exhibitors shall be able to use the information in the preceding paragraph for the purpose of providing products information, etc. to online service users and analyze advertisements.
- The exhibitors must comply with the matters stipulated in each of the following items when handling the information in paragraph 4.
(1) Personal data shall be stored and managed with the care of a good manager.
(2) Use of personal data is within the scope of the purpose of use. In case of using beyond the purpose of use, the consent of the online service users shall be obtained in advance, and the use shall be limited to the purpose for which the consent has been obtained.
(3) When contacting online service users by e-mail, direct mail, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "e-mail, etc.") by using personal data, the following items shall be clearly stated in the e-mail, etc. ..
a. Basic information of the exhibitors (contact information such as company name and email address)
b. The method to stop the information distribution if you do not wish to distribute information at the request of an individual - The exhibitors shall not distribute information or contact to online service users who have requested the exhibitors that they do not wish to receive any information or be contacted by any method, including e-mail.
In this case, the exhibitors shall not use any of the information in Section 4 related to the online service users, and shall delete it. - The organizer and the exhibitors shall not allow any part of personal data to be used or viewed by a third party other than the cases prescribed in the preceding paragraph.
- The organizer may restrict the use of the information in Section 4 by the exhibitors at any time due to trouble or the other circumstances.
- The exhibitors shall handle any complaints or claims for damages made by the online service users of the information at his / her own risk and expense by using the information in paragraph 4.
- When using personal data, the organizer and exhibitors shall comply with the law on the protection of personal information, the guidelines on the protection of personal information established by each supervisory ministry, and other applicable laws and regulations.
- The handling of personal information by the organizer and the exhibitors shall be in accordance with the privacy policy established by each. For each company's privacy policy, please refer to each company’s website on the company information page of each company in this online service.
- Personal data in this regulation means the following information of online service users.

Article 3 ID validity period
- The online service user's ID is valid until the end date of this online service.
- The online service user shall agree that the organizers may delete the personal information of the online service user and all other information (including backup data) stored on the server of this online service after the next day of the expiration date of the validity period and accept that it may take a certain period of time to delete the information, in advance.

Article 4 ID management responsibility
- The online service users shall manage their IDs with the care of a good manager.
- When a third party misuses or is likely to misuse the ID, the online service users shall be obliged to immediately notify the organizers and take necessary measures in accordance with the organizers’ instructions.
- Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if a third party misuses the ID and causes damage to the organizers or another third party, the online service user who is responsible for managing the ID will be responsible for the damage. However, this does not apply if the unauthorized use of the ID by a third party is due to the intentional or gross negligence by the organizers.
- The online service user shall be responsible for backing up the ID, the items entered in the application form for this online service, and all other information and data related to this online service at his own expense.

Article 5 Prohibitions
When using this online service, the online service users must not perform any of the following acts or acts that may cause them (including acts that induce them or preparatory acts).
(1) Acts that violate laws and regulations and violate public order and morals
(2) Registration of low credibility or false information
(3) Acts such as modification of programs related to this online service, reverse engineering, analysis, creation and distribution of utilities
(4) Acts such as posting programs, etc. that destroy or interfere with the functions of software, hardware, etc. used by other online service users
(5) Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the organizer's server or network
(6) Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of the organizer / exhibitor, other online service users, or a third party
(7) Acts of reprinting part or all of the content provided at this online service without permission, or modifying or summarizing it without permission and posting it on printed matter or electronic media
(8) Acts of transmitting the information related to harassment, swearing, threatening, obscene content, unpleasant remarks, the information with no permissions of commercial purposes use, advertising purposes use, the information of the works with no permissions of the copyright holder, and the information of personal privacy, etc. to others
(9) Acts of collecting and accumulating personal data of other online service users without permission
(10) Acts of using this online service for a purpose different from the original purpose of providing the service in light of the purpose of the provision
(11) Unauthorized acquisition, use, transfer or sale of ID
(12) Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in relation to the services of the organizers
(13) Acts that interfere with the provision of services and operations of the organizers, and other acts that the organizers deem inappropriate
(14) Recording / shooting of lecture movies and introductory movies provided by the organizers and exhibitors
(15) Acts of transferring, underwriting, or pledge of all or part of the rights and obligations arising under this agreement to a third party without the prior written consent of the organizers.
(16) Other acts that violate this agreement

Article 6 Cancellation of online service users qualification
When any of the following reasons occurs with respect to online service users, the organizers will cancel the qualification for using this online service of the online service users and will be charged to the online service users. All information, including all personal data, can be deleted without any liability.
(1) When the matters corresponding to the following acts are found after the fact
[a] When the content of the application is found to be false, such as an application under a non-existent name
[b) If it is found that the service provided by the organizer (not limited to this online service) has been violated in the past.
[c] When it is found that the members of antisocial forces (including those who were members in the past) and their related parties
[d) In addition to the previous items, when the organizers determine that it is inappropriate as an online service user(2) Changes have occurred in the matters of Article 6, Paragraph [a].
(3) When any of the items is applicable to Article 5 (Prohibited matters) or there is a risk of violation on it
(4) When the contact to the registered contact information such as e-mail address is not available for a certain period of time or more.

Article 7 Liability for Online Service Users
- The online service users will compensate the organizers for damages caused to the organizers due to violation of this agreement or other reasons.
- The online service users shall resolve any infringement of rights, etc. from a third party such as other online service users at their own risk, shall expense regarding the use of this online service, and shall confirm that the organizers does not take any responsibility.

Article 8 Limitation of liability
- The organizer does not guarantee that the information provided at this online service is legal, accurate, up-to-date and timely, or that it meets the demands of online service users. In addition, the organizers does not guarantee that there will be no failures, defects, errors, etc. in this online service, or that defects or bugs in the provided system or software will be fixed.
- Even if the online service users use this online service and causes damage (including data corruption, loss, alteration, etc.) to themselves, the organizers shall not be liable for any damages except when the damage is caused by the organizers’ intention or gross negligence. In addition, even if the organizers are liable for damages, the scope is limited to direct and actual damages, and damages caused by special circumstances, lost profits, punitive damages, and indirect damages, whether or not they are foreseeable, are out of responsibility.

Article 9 Jurisdiction of agreement
Any dispute arising from this online service user policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tokyo District Court for the first instance, depending on the amount of the complaint.
