For B2C customers, it supports Taiwanese consumers shopping on Japanese e-commerce platforms or purchasing goods while traveling in Japan. For B2B customers, it serves brands, e-commerce sellers, and logistics providers with needs related to Japan–Taiwan import and export, cross-border fulfillment, document auditing, customs clearance, and returns management. Users can photograph a Japanese product or paste its URL. The system identifies its name, price, materials, and specifications; estimates shipping, duties, taxes, and restrictions for delivery to Taiwan; and classifies it as shippable, conditionally shippable, or prohibited. After arrival at the Japan warehouse, items can be inspected by photo, with personal-use quantity limits and prohibited goods checked before consolidation. For B2B freight, the system cross-checks quantity, weight, and value across the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, composition sheet, AWB, and customs documents before handover, identifies discrepancies, and prompts corrections or additional documents.
