There are two sites in Yokosuka that could be developed to establish large-scale facilities or used for logistics operations:

1. Yokosuka Interchange Surrounding Area: About 55.1 hectares (Near Yokohama-Yokosuka Road Yokosuka Interchange)
2. Y-Heart Area: About 89.5 hectares（Near Yokohama-Yokosuka Road Kinugasa Interchange）

Both areas are located near the interchange of Yokohama-Yokosuka Road, which provides excellent access to Yokohama and central Tokyo in about 30-60 minutes.
