  • Specialities,Sales point

These next-generation insulation panels feature ultra-high-performance vacuum insulation panels (VIPs) encapsulated and integrally molded using our proprietary urethane molding technology. With a thermal conductivity in the 0.004 W/m·K range—vastly outperforming rigid urethane (0.021) and EPS (0.034)—they deliver superior thermal retention while remaining thin and lightweight. They maintain cargo temperatures below 10°C for 96 hours, even with an ambient temperature of 30°C, and also prevent temperature drops during harsh winter conditions. The urethane outer shell protects the vacuum core from impact and moisture, ensuring long-term performance. By facilitating a modal shift from trucks to rail and marine transport, these panels simultaneously help address driver shortages, improve logistics efficiency, and reduce CO₂ emissions. They can be custom-molded into various shapes for a wide range of applications, including containers and cold-storage boxes used in the pharmaceutical, food, and livestock industries.
