ORWAK 5070HDC greatly reduces the workload involved in disposing of plastic film used for load stabilization at warehouses, distribution centers, and factories. It enables labor saving and efficiency improvements. In many cases, the resulting bales can be sold as recyclable materials with monetary value, allowing most users to recover the equipment cost within one to two years.
Compared to non-compacted waste, compacted plastic film can reduce storage space requirements by more than 90%, contributing directly to the 3S initiative (Sort, Set in order, Shine). Regarding PET bottles, waste collectors commonly require the installation of a compactor as part of the recycling process.
